Allergies have you itchy, wheezy or sneezy?

Filed under: Seasonal — EastHillsPeds @ 10:52 am

We are seeing a lot of kids with a lot  of allergy symptoms.  Are you suffering too?  We’re here to help.  An office visit to discuss strategies to avoid and reduce allergy symptoms may make the itchy eyes, runny noses, coughs and wheezing not so bad.  Many allergy symptoms can be treated with a few home remedies and, if needed, some medicines to make your kids more comfortable.  Call for an appointment.

Coming soon……..We are moving!

Symptoms of the H1N1 flu are similar to those of seasonal flu.  We are being told that the only flu that is active just now is the H1N1 flu.  Symptoms include the following: Fever, Cough, Headache, Body aches, Runny Nose, Sore throat, and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea.  If your child has these symptoms they need to stay home until after they have been free of fever for 24 hours and they should avoid contact with other people.  (more…)
